Deposits for tours with the Swiss Travel Pass, short-distance, fully-flexible bookings, and half-day tours which require a reduced deposit of CHF 100 per adult and tour.

Cancelation policy for rates with a reduced deposit

The deposit is refundable* up to 12 hours before departure.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before departure or in case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

*Tours that require seat and time slot reservations, or increased planning efforts, such as the Jungfraujoch, Gelmer Funicular, and the Mount Schilthorn tour, have a non-refundable fee. You can find the detailed cancelation policy at the bottom of every tour description page on the price table.

Balance

The balance can be paid directly to me on the morning of the tour day, in cash or by credit card.
