Cancelation policy Standard rate

The deposit is refundable* up to 20 days before departure.

If you cancel less than 20 days before departure or in case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

*Tours that require seat and time slot reservations, or increased planning efforts, such as the Jungfraujoch, Bernina Express, Gelmer Funicular, and the Mount Schilthorn tour, have a non-refundable fee. Balance payment in advance (optional)

If you prefer prepaying the balance in advance, 3.1% of the balance payment are non-refundable due to non-refundable credit card fees.
