Deposit & Payment

By standard you will make two payments - first the deposit, and on the tour day the balance payment.

Prepaying the entire amount at the time of booking is also possible upon request.

Deposit - Payable at the time of booking

Reservations require a deposit, which varies depending on the booked rate and tour.
The deposit amount ranges between CHF 50 and CHF 200 per adult & tour.
You can find the required deposit amount on the price table of the regarding tour.

Please make the deposit only once we have worked out the details, and I have instructed you to make the payment.

Balance payment

You can pay the balance directly to me in the morning of the tour day.

Accepted methods for the balance payment:

• Cash in Swiss Francs (CHF)

• Cash in foreign currencies: EURO, USD, CAD, GBP, JPY, SGD, AUD
  The exchange rate will be calculated with the current exchange rates of the Zurich state bank ZKB at the time of payment.
  Change will be given in Swiss Francs.
  500-Euro banknotes cannot be accepted                                                  

• Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Union Pay
  If desired, you can split the balance payment between multiple credit cards.

• NFC mobile payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay
